No Warranty on Equipment

GridGear organizes documentation and coordinates sourcing. We do not manufacture, certify, test, or warrant equipment unless expressly agreed in writing for a specific transaction. Buyers are responsible for evaluating whether equipment meets their application requirements.

Services Not Provided

GridGear does not perform installation, commissioning, energization, relay settings, engineering stamps, or utility interconnection work unless formally added in the future.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GridGear shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website or our sourcing services.
